1.Is the Jewelry Made With Real Gold/Silver/Rhodium?
Our products are made out of highest quality materials, including a lead/nickel free Brass base.

3.What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Paypal, credit card, western union and bank transfer.

4.Pricing
All prices are subject to change. We apologize, but errors take place with inputting pricing data from time to time. If there is a mistake in pricing or any other information displayed on our site we reserve the right to correct it without obligation.

5.How do I place an order?
Add items to your cart by clicking on the "Add To Cart" button. When you're ready to check out, click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button to view your shopping cart. Here you will have the option to update your cart or use a discount code when choose the payment. Clicking the "Check Out" button will take you to the first step of the checkout process. 6.How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping to worldwide.
 
7.How long does shipping and processing take?
Packages handled via DHL normally take 3-5 business days after processing (1-2 days), the others via Post Air Mail normally take 10-15 business days.

8.What is the Return Policy?
--Jeupeter provides a 30 day warranty on all products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us by e-mail [email protected] and we will immediately issue a return address. The following terms apply:
--Exchanges and Refunds will be accepted within 14 days of your original receipt of the order, if the item is in unworn condition with the tags attached.
--Beyond 14 days ONLY EXCHANGES will be accepted within 30 days of the original receipt of the order.
--The products must be returned in new, resellable condition. Products that are altered or damaged(scratches, wreckage etc.) do not qualify and may be discarded.
--Shipping charges will not be refunded if products are defective or there is a shipping error.
--If the boxes associated with certain  products are not returned, the value of the box will be subtracted from the return.
--We do not accept returns for sale items. All sale items are final.
 
9.How should I store/protect my jewelry?
Jewelry should be kept absolutely dry. If your jewelry is not used frequently, keep it stored in the provided dust bag.  Good storage boxes are lined with tarnish-proof fabric and have a separate space for each individual piece. If your climate is humid, place a small packet of desiccant crystals inside your storage area. Avoid storing the jewelry with rubber products. Always remove your jewelry when applying colognes, perfumes or other chemical products.
